Or you can hire our MC Service have our staff there on site to operate your music players for you and to help make the transitions from song to song as smooth as possible and monitor the volume level of the music. Additionally, we will make announcements as well and help with transition from event to event. You compile the music on your portable music players and we connect them to our Bose speaker systems. We just connect into the headphone jack of your player so it can be any generation, any brand and any size.
With this service (Equipment Rental + $30 per hour) we will also send you a three-page document about three weeks in advance of your wedding. You fill out the information and send it back to us. If your MC has questions, they will contact you. This comes free with our MC Service for weddings.
If you would rather go over the information with your MC in person at a coffee shop, sign up for an MC consult for only $50.
For most weddings, we highly recommend adding on a Wireless Mic for an additional $50. This works especially well for ceremonies, toasts, speeches, the blessing, etc.
When you book our MC Service for your Wedding:
Three weeks away form your wedding we ask that you fill out the following information. This information will be delivered to your MC. They will then be in touch with you, the week of your wedding with any questions you might have.

For weddings where the ceremony and reception are happening at the same venue but in different areas, you can add on a speaker system move, where we will move the system from one location to another (takes about 20 minutes) or you can add on our Bose Compact System to cover the Ceremony area. This also works well for Cocktail Hours.
